It does not create the underlying evidence. When an announcement concerns research, the corresponding Research Note, methodology record, or other authorized source remains controlling.
No RN-001 completion or publication announcement is authorized while the underlying record remains internal and unpublished.

Events & Presentations
Authorized public participation, presentations, briefings, or demonstrations, distinguished from adoption or endorsement.
Corrections & Updates
Material corrections, clarifications, version changes, and successor records that preserve continuity of the public record.
